Why we started 
Culture Reimagined

We first worked together in 2014 and instantly clicked. We shared the same mindset and passion: to create a workplace where people felt safe, inspired, and proud of what they were part of.

As leaders, we focused on building a strong culture—clear expectations, open communication, mutual respect—and saw what happened when people felt valued and supported. Our team grew stronger. Turnover dropped. Results improved. And more than anything, our people bought in.

Together, we took our team from the lowest engagement scores in the division to the highest—in less than a year. More importantly, we maintained that momentum. And it confirmed what we’d always believed:

Culture isn’t a side project. It’s the foundation.

Evangeline (Eva)

Co-Founder & Culture Coach

Eva is a people-person and self-confessed culture nerd who wholeheartedly believes that work should feel good—because otherwise, what’s the point?

With a 20-year career spanning public service, non-profits, and consultancy, she left her executive government role in 2018 to focus on what she does best: coaching leaders through career and leadership transitions. By 2020, a clear pattern had emerged: no matter the role or level, her clients were grappling with misalignment between the culture they wanted and the culture they actually experienced. And it was taking a toll.

Now, Eva works with leaders who want to close that gap—showing them how culture is shaped through leadership, and how to build environments where people, performance and purpose can thrive together.

 Rebecca

Co-Founder & Culture Coach

Rebecca is a systems thinker who sees culture not as an abstract ideal, but a powerful force that shapes what’s possible—for organisations, and for the world.

With experience across finance, consulting, and the Victorian public sector, she’s seen both the highs and lows of workplace culture. She knows what “good” looks like—and how much effort it takes to sustain it. As a leader, she learned first-hand how culture is built (or broken) through daily actions, and how the right environment unlocks people’s best work.

She believes culture is the bridge between meaningful work and better outcomes—for people, organisations and the planet. With a natural gift for spotting patterns and designing practical solutions, Rebecca helps leaders navigate complexity without losing sight of the bigger picture.
